Starting prices are simple one-page sites at $75, multi-page sites at $250, and rebuilds or custom work priced after a quick chat. These are starting points to set expectations. Final pricing depends on pages, complexity, and turnaround speed. Nothing is locked in until we both agree it makes sense.

Single page starters, starter multi-page sites, makeovers, and landing pages for small businesses. I don't build e-commerce checkouts, logins, dashboards, complex web apps, membership platforms, or anything requiring heavy compliance work.

Most small projects are done within a week or two. Larger sites or custom work can take longer depending on the scope. I work alone, so turnaround is honest and realistic.

Domain hosting can be managed through my account for admin ease, or I can work with your existing host like Squarespace, Wix, or others. We'll discuss what works best for your situation.

The code for your website is stored in a private GitHub repository that I maintain. You own the website and all content, and you'll have full access to manage and update your site through Keystatic CMS if you choose that route. This setup ensures your site is properly maintained and you can make updates easily.
