My story
I'm based in Warwick, Rhode Island, and I work alone. No team, no employees, just me. That means when you work with me, you're working with the person who's actually building your site.
I started Websites by Tim because I saw too many small businesses getting stuck between two bad options: DIY builders that take forever to figure out, or agencies that charge thousands for a simple site.
I'm not trying to build the next big agency. I'm building a sustainable solo business where I can do good work for reasonable prices and actually know every client by name.

Email, text, or phone. No project managers or account reps between us. When you message me, I'm the one who responds and does the work.
Real timelines
1-2 weeks for simple sites, 2-3 weeks for multi-page. I work alone, so I give you realistic dates and actually hit them.
Price is the price
What we agree on is what you pay. If scope changes, I ask first. No surprise invoices.

Code, content, files, everything. No fees to keep access. Take it anywhere.
I'll tell you if something's a bad idea
Not trying to upsell features you don't need. If it won't work or isn't worth it, I'll say so.

Working from Warwick
I'm based in Warwick, Rhode Island, right in the heart of New England. Most of my work happens remotely, which means I can help businesses throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut without the commute.
